Non Woven For Automotive Industry

Technical Nonwoven products are majorly used in automotive industries for various components. The most common applications would be headliners, trunkliners, carpet backing, dashboards, accoustic insulation and absorbent material. Hadtex's three main products, spunbond, needle punched fabrics, and recycle fiber are utilized on these specific parts or component of a car with diverse combination

Hadtex is supplying the need of Indonesia OEM spunbond requirement.

Cushion and pillow

The use of carded recycle fiber for pillow and cushion filling material covered with engineered nonwoven fabrics such as spunbond that acts as the outer fabric have been replacing woven cotton or nature based fiber materials.

Spring insulators are often made from non woven needle punched materials. Above all, they are generally abrasion resistant and have the strength to hold staples that fasten the upholstery to the wood frame.

Hadtex is supplying spunbond's requirement from Indonesian bedding manufacturers.

Building Industry

  • Roof lining
  • Ground stabilization

Still under construction and development

Needlepunch and spunbond can be used for constructions together with concrete to extend the lifetime of concrete structure.

  • Automotive filters
  • Vacuum cleaner bag

Spun Bond

Hadtex manufactures polyester nonwoven fabrics produced by spunbond processes using equipment capable of producing uniforms and high strength filaments. These products are available in polyester with a weight range of 15 - 160 grams / m2 with roll width up to 2200 mm, enabling us to fulfill the market demands.

Consistent high quality and product uniformity are achieved using advanced spunbond technology with fully automatic control system.

Often referred to as "engineered" fabrics, non woven have become key components in wide range of diverse products from furnishing, geotextile, automotive, filtration, building construction, agriculture, apparel, and more.
