Hadtex’s recycled staple fibers are made from various polyester materials such as polyester filament and PET bottles. In the first stage of production they are chopped into smaller pieces or flakes, and then are melted, and extruded to form the fibers in various denierspet-bottle-1 mainly 6 and 15 denier.

These fibers are then crimped, cut, drawn, and stretched into desired length and then packed into bales.

The baled fibers can be used for a large number of end applications in various industries, mainly filling, insulation, filtration, and non-woven (such as needle punched non woven for geotextiles, building constructions, etc).
